Named after the tale of a man from the 18th century in Ireland, legend has it this man learned the craft of distilling from his father and later became the most renowned distiller of that time. He went on to advise craft distilleries all over Ireland during the mid 18th century. This whiskey was crafted to honor and celebrate the man who became known as “Mr. Whiskey”. This IPA cask finished whiskey is a triple distilled, equal blend of Irish malted barely and grain. With rich taste and a smooth mouthfeel, Mr. Whiskey opens with caramel, vanilla, spice and floral notes on the nose. On the palate are flavors of green fruit, toffee, caramel, citrus and spice leading into notes of cracked nut, spice and lingering caramel sweetness.
